In the state of Virginia,If a felony was reduced to a misdemeanor in 2007,3 years for parole, one violation of parole occurred, served 41 days for violation,can this record be expunged at the end of the parole time. The person was 18 yrs. Old at the time of the offense.

You are going to keep the conviction unless you petition for expunsion.  Write a strongly worded letter to the judge.

The lovely state of Virginia is  well, odd on things like that.  Most likely your conviction isn't goin anywhere, unless it was part of the original plea agreement.  Once you get off probation, you can petition the court to have it expunged.  I would talk to your PO about it. Maybe they would be willing to write a letter to the judge on your behalf.
