Well harley I live in p.a and am going through this as I speak. My ex-wife and I have 2 beautiful children, and I was taken to a domestic hearing,by my ex-wife for child support. The courts will decide how much you get based on your income and your ex-spouse. There is a certain formula they use. I also have to pay spousal support until my divorce goes through, needless to say for both my children I pay around 270.00 a week. Well good luck and I hope this info helps.

It's dispense on the state that you live in on how much you can get for the support in some states I know of is that if you have been working though the marriage then you can't get spousal support but if you wasnt working though the marriage then you can get the spousal support.Like I said it dispense what state you live in.

Child support is computed using a formula that combines your income with your Ex's income.

Rough estimate based on 1 child, you and wife both make $30K, you pay for insurance and no daycare expense: $300/mo.

There is a site here that will calculate it for you: www.alllaw.com
