When justice/judges correct the action of one citizen from encroaching on another citizens rights/space/priviledges preventing them from living in peace/a life without undue stress do to their unlawful acts/activities.sort of like snooky being judged a public nuisance although she is paid to be a nuisance(act like a idiot). : )
