The state of IL is a rip off for divorces. It's all about money, the judges and attorneys are all rip offs. IL is one of the worst states to file for divorce. Everyone I know including me takes over 2 years just to get a divorce. It's dragged out so the attorneys can make money and the divorces lose everything.

You are right on the money - well, actually if your are divorcing in Illinois you can not be right on the money as your money is indeed GONE. However; you are 100% accurate.

Well yes there is a time period given to the couple where they are allowed to give their relationship some time, so that they can give their relation a second and that is if they want to.
