I think that'll be up to the courts to decide. Whoever has the better lawyer will take care of that. Been apart ten years after only being married five years? If you would have divorced right off, maybe something would be yours, but after ten years? I doubt it. No kids, Property? Just exactly is it that you think you're entitled to?
