In California, Once A Divorce Final Judgement Has Been Mailed/entered And A Final Date Set, Following A Mutual Agreement, Can Either Party Appeal The Judgement If He/she Changes /his/her Mind?

You can just get remarried, honeymoons are so much better the second time around...... And yes an appeal can be written. Both parties must agree though. So when in double jeopardy both the court and the defendant can sign to an appeal if the jury had made a false accusation.

Im divorce in the state of new hamphire base on my comiting adultary i told my wife the truth she used that to completely used it against me in court so far everything her expensive lawyer has done is ilegal and she has everything aproved an a bies way agains me. What could i do to appeal in another state.

If you divorce in another state in your final divorce is complete unfair to the point that the husband in question is left with 480.86 out a salary of 11,500 before taxes. Would that be enough good reason to appeal

My husband and I filed for divorce last year and we were given a date as to when the divorce would be final. My Husband and I went the day before and we both cancelled. So the Answer would be yes.BUT we both agreed

Yes, just as long as the Judge hasnt signed off on it at the finalhearing but will need a very good justiofied reason to show the courts to cancel the divorce
