It might qualify for assault, given the circumstances and how forcefully it was done. I don't even like picking my own nose, never mind "forcefully" picking someone else's. GROSS.

Against their will ? Most definitely.
( what ever two consenting adults do in the privacy of their own home ?....probably not )
