Is divorce law and custody biased against men?

They most decidedly once were. Not true anymore.  My son has had custody over his ex for many years as decided by the court.

It may seem like it  but the principle the Courts go by when addressing custody issues is this goes way back when men were the breadwinners and worked and took care of the family financially and the women stayed home to take care of the house, cook and clean.  Quite old fashioned but it kinda holds true today .  So the Courts prefer to place the kids with the Mom if all is good, due to the old fashioned Maternal thinking. But society has destroyed many old fashioned ways so it looks like bias against the Fathers

I think there is still a lot of flaws in the legal system .. Divorce and child custody cases are no acception. From what I understand, there is still bias against men .. And for the life of me, I don't know why.  Sometimes it just is simply illogical as to how they come up with the decisions they make .. Makes no sense at all.
