Hmmm .. Good question .. Have you googled registration of citizenship in the country you reside? Your parents would have to do it AND I suppose would have to prove you were born where they say you were born. All these years later, I also imagine there will be consequences for failing to register. I don't know much about it .. But, there is plenty of information you can research on line.
