I got married last yar Sept 70 2008 in Las Vegas but now want a divorce. What do I have to do or were can I get help thew website.
You will need to establish residency in Nevada to get divorced in Vegas however the residency requirement is only 6 weeks. As long as the divorce is uncontested you should be able to obtain one in about 2 weeks after establishing residency and filing the forms. I believe court costs are somewhere around $200 and it will probably cost about $600 total to get the divorce.
