I suspect the only long term method is to take on a new identity. You must not use your current one every again. Withdraw all funds to cash, sell all assets for cash, then destroy all current credit cards, id cards, divers licenses, passports, etc. Then the harder part - starting a new life. Probably good to move to another part of the country. Start again. And keep clear of the law from then on in.
