If a person is crossing back into this country from Mexico with a bench warrant, would border patrol have this information and have that person arrested?

Well I would like to think they would bust them and send them to jail  to wait for trial,but looking at a case thsi month where a man with 30 plus dui's was still able to get behind the wheel and run over another driver even after being in court.it could go either way.
