Ok. Well you would have to go to Jpay.com and register yourself an account. Once you have registered you will need to log in. You can search for your inmate by name or by there CDC #. If there is a match in the system then you will be able to select that inmate. Keep in mind that sometimes the system takes a few day to update if they are still being processed. It took me 3 days before my b/f was in the system. Once he's in the system you can go to the money tab. It will show the inmates name you are sending money to and it will give you an option. It should show offender or offenders resituitiion. Make sure that you choose offender so that he can get the money to purchase from the commisary. Hope this answers your question.
