No unfortunately you can not see the copy before you order it. Once it is with you, only then you can make sure. Try to get it by hand to be on the safer side.

Not unless you live close to the Bureau of Vital Statistics (or whatever the agency in your state is called). The fee that they charge you is for some person to pull up the certificate, copy it, and mail it to you. If you could go there they might show it to you but not likely otherwise.
