My girlfriend and I have been living in our apartment forabout 2 years and about a month after we moved in a whole formed in the celling. It leaks when it rains or when the snow mealts. Last week we had a noreaster and another whole formed. Then last night the celling in the closet started to leak we have about $1000 of personal propety damage what can we do.
I have lived in my mobile home for 4yrs and my landlord won't fix my septic tank, my stove that I can't turn on till she has the gas line checked that has been 3mnth, my ice box that leeks water,and my floors that has holes in them. What can I do to get these things fixed.
Well I have been staying in my apartment for 5 months the roof is leaking its mold on the floor and I accidently touched it now I'm itching like crazy. And on top of that our stove doesnt work what shall I do.

Wow seems like a lot of people are dealing with not so up to par landlords. Mine because I complained is trying to kick me out. Black mold, caving in roof, stove doesnt work.. And both bathroom toilets are broke.. I am moving anyway, but want to keep him from renting this "shack" that is a health hazzard to others. He had a renter come look at this house and only gave me a 10 min notice. I said no, but then decided to show these people just how bad of a house they were about to get into.. I told them the truth. Needless to say they ran. But then I got a call, as I'm renting this house from my sister and her boyfriend.. I got accused of sabatogeing their renters, but I don't get it they'll have this place fixed in a month, a MONTH for renters but they wont do any repairs for their 14 month old niece and sister? Makes one sick!!
