No. Not in a public place.
Where the human eye can go in public so can the camera.

Well it is unethical to take someones pictures without their concerns,we know human eyes can go in public places, but we should not forget that humans have eyelids as well to close it,so does the camera...

No, depending upon where we live, work, and go every day, our pictures are recorded all the time.  Almost every dept. Store, parking lot, street light have cameras. The only place they are not allowed is restrooms and dressing rooms.  We would be real surprised if we knew how many times we appear on film.

It seems to me that if it's a parking place, it's better to contact a certain company to buy this place. The company Dublin Airport Parking. Is quite suitable. I used their parking space and nothing happened to my property. I do not understand those people who find it difficult to buy a parking space
