Here in Texas you can buy auto ins. But not have a drivers license are other states doing this crazy stuff also?

My first thought is agreement with you ... It sounds crazy.

But then ... It kinda makes sense, due to the number of people who drive without a license. Say you get your license revoked for DUI - if you insist on driving without a license, you should have insurance to protect others from your idiocy.
