Health: A general condition of a person in all aspects. It is also a level of functional and/or metabolic efficiency of an organism, often implicitly human.

Safety: The state of being "safe". The condition of being protected against physical, social, spiritual, financial, political, emotional, occupational, psychological, educational or other types or consequences of failure, damage, error, accidents, harm or any other event.

Health and safety basically represents the specified set of rules and regulations designed to reduce accidents and increase productivity by people working in a particular work area. These rules have been distinguished as different safety courses provided by approved organizations of those areas.
