A natural crime is considered a crime that goes against humanity in the form of morality. You don't need someone to tell you that murdering is wrong, you know it and feel it in your gut. A Legal crime is when something that would otherwise not be considered a crime, such as carrying a concealed weapon. No harm was done to anyone, but they made a law against it.

If by legal crimes you mean a white lie, there aren't any laws against them, but other than something like that, that would be considered an oxymoron.
I would think that a natural crime would be something along the lines of putting pollution into the air, streams, stuff like that. I don't know how to put it otherwise, wish I could be of more help. Hope this helped.
