I do not only believe it should be increased but decreased as well. Many young drivers seem to not pay attention or realize the fatalities that may occur from poor driving habits. I also feel once a person reaches a certain age, they need to retake a driving test. With some personal experiences with older drivers in their 70s and 80s they do not see as well and have almost hit me in both my car and while I was walking in parking lots. These are things that need to be addressed for the safety of all of us.
