In states that have adultry laws, you can sue the other person for 50% of their assets. It is not legal if your state has adultry laws. You can hang him by the testicles in court and win big.that must have been some real great tail if he thought it was worth losing everything. Get'em good and don't stop till you get every last drop of blood.

It's not ethical, that's for sure.
Some state legislatures (if you're in the United States), do label adultery as a criminal act, which is what's going on if the man is having a baby with someone else while already being married.
The baby isn't illegal, but the act is.

Check your state laws.  I know in mississippi, at one time anyway, adultery was illegal.  check into it, and good luck getting even with the bum.
