Sometimes it just happens especially if a couple has been together for a long time and/or they got married at a very young age (under23)/ Its nobodys fault but time changess things including feelings so its just like love dong gone, and one is no longer all that much into the other. Usually when this does happen, the relationship is in a rut of being stagnant so it may just need some sprucing up by adding excitement back into it. If its causing marital problems, marriage counseling can do wonders, if no irrepairable damage has been done. But this happens more often than people realize
