Yes you can send pictures to inmates, but there are some restrictions. For one, if the guy/girl is in a treatment program you cannot send pictures with someone holding a beer or any type liquor or drugs in there hand. Or in the picture. Sending pictures to just a regular ol' inmate, you cannot have pictures with any type of gang signs. Whether using your fingers or whether its on the shirt that your wearing. And for you freaks out there, if you want to send any nudity fliccs you can't be completely nude. For the ladies keep on your bra and panties.
