If they are not paying rent, are a guest and do not receive their mail at your house, you do not have to evict them, as you are not their landlord. You can ask them to leave within 24-48 hours (if you want to give them some time to make other couch surfing arrangements..LOL) if they do not leave, you can call the cops and have them removed for trespassing.
