Do I think they should exist? no. I got my parent a 250 dollar fine for being out at 17! Dont doubt it, you can be in debt before turning 18!
And my town doesnt have one. Where I used to live did, 250 dollars for the crooked police who were saying "what is your favorite drug" scumbags. Just goes to show you get judged just for being in a town that might have drug activity.
