Whether he is or not, there is likely a legion of other maniacs willing to fill the void. Personally, I hope he's not dead, but so badly maimed that horrible pain and disfigurement are his bedfellows until he does die.

I saw the video of his car being blasted but unless there was a spotter on the ground it may be just an optimistic guess. Sharon's comment that ISIS would probably parade him around if he was still alive may be on the mark, but there could be other reasons for not showing him.
I guess we'll find out eventually.
I believe he is dead or ISIS would be parading him as a way of thumbing their noses at the infidels. I read in the overseas newspapers that they had been following him for a week and that hellfire missile hit the car at one thousand miles an hour. I don't believe it was coincidence either that he was hit right next to the center of town where he carried out his executions and torture.
