If a man comes in your property without any permission, do you have the right to kill him?

I dont think this area can ever be clearcut or black and white as it is a very grey area as all circumstances are unique and interpretating them is a minefield. But Tony Martin had been plaqued many many times and I think he was at the end of his tether with it all and I have a lot of sympathy with him.
