It is right that there is no upper limit of the price of the apartments these days. But if you are asking for a starting price of a comfortable 3BHK flat, it will be something near 30 lac. However, much depends on the real estate developer, the quality and amenities of the apartments, security etc.
I think presently it is better to buy flats near E M Bypass. Lots of new apartments are taking shape in this area. I have seen some under construction buildings in that area recently. I think it is better to concentrate in that area. Rates are also reasonable. Some thing near 2750/ sqft.
I bought my 3 BHK flat at Kaikhali for 27.40 lacs. It is a good one and suitable for people of my income group. However, if you are looking for more facilities the price will increase. I think it is more important to choose a reliable developer and the location.
Yes, that's true. Very few developers in Kolkata actually understands customer handling. They will just take your booking money and will forget about you. However, I am a very satisfied customer of the Eden group. You can rely on their quality and their customer handling is just superb.
That's true. Eden is a very reliable developer of Kolkata. I have my flat at Eden Roma and I am very satisfied. I have seen their recent ventures near Devi Shetty Hospital. It is better to select them than selecting any substandard developer.
E M Bypass is developing fast. Many good projects are coming there. I have seen projects of Rajat group, Eden lavender, Eden Emerald and Meena Elegant. I find Eden lavender as a very good option.
