This is going vto have to go in front of a Judge after CPS concludes their investigation here. Now if the find nothing, the children will be returned and you could sue whoever called them for harassment and defamation of character but there is no guarantee you would win. Now if they find something, you can challenge it in court so there isn't much you can do right now but be patient til CPS or the courts notify you
