Well what happened is I like many others did not thoroughly read my lease. I was not aware I had to give 60 days notice prior to my lease ending and am now in having financial difficulty and need out. If I am evicted will I owe anything other than the amount past due can they legally make me pay out the remainder of lease?

No. An eviction only means that they are being evicted out of the dwelling for which they did not follow policy and/or pay rent in a timely fashion. The lease agreement will continue to stay in effect until that person (s) makes right on there monies.

That would why there was an eviction .

Non-payment of rent will void the agreement
