Call the number in back of card press one for english then put in the 16 digit card number on front of card then put the 6 digit password code you choose then it will tell you the the balance or you could go to any chase bank atm put card in the check balance it will ask you for pin number the put in the pin select checking and .... Also you could go to any 7 eleven stores use the atm with the same logo on back of card like all-point, star and there is two more on back of card...good luck
