Criminal law is the type of law that deals with crime punishment. Two types of criminal law are substantive law and procedural law, The characterization of a wrongdoing depends on the degree of discipline that can be given for submitting it. A crime committed in one state may be arranged differently than if it was committed in another state. Felony Crimes and Misdemeanor Crimes are the two type of crimes.
