My Neighbor Is Constantly Filing False Complaints Against Us For Making Too Much Noise. How Can I Properly File A Harassment Case Against Him Considering. He Has Also Complained About Noises While We Were Not At Home. What Should I Do?

Contact your local law authority to find out the legal limits on noise for where you live. Often regular living noises are allowed until ten or eleven at night. You may have to have these authorities explain this law to your problem neighbours. Otherwise it certainly constitutes a harassment charge.

I lived in a condo once and I know the type of neighbour you are talking about. First of all, comply with the bylaws, as you have been. Secondly, get active in your HOA, so that you can make allies. Host a meeting in your place, so all the other owners realize you have a no-shoe rule. Eventually someone will realize that your downstairs neighbour is just a Crabby Patty.

just wanted to let you know you are not the only one with false complaints being made about them , i am currently going thru the same thing and i know that they have not wanted me in here from day one and they are all older and i am the only one with children. They have decided to take a warrant out on me for whatever their reasons are, so I am doing everything to prove my side.
