My ex stopped seeing his son about 6 months through his choice, the only contact I had was 4 months after when he threatened me, couple of weeks after I had a letter from the solicitor saying he wanted access one full day a week which I refused. I had to endure 2 years of violence and threats, he stole off me and is also addicted to drugs I don't want him anywhere near my son, the last time I left my son alone with his dad, he was brought home soaked through as his dad never changed his nappy. I can't trust him and don't understand why I'm being told by solicitors what to do surely its my choice I have never had anything of his dad and don't intend to start now
