I would however give a 2 week notice which is customary in most states. But some also honor " be out by tomorrow". This person has no obligation in eyes of landlord, nor the law since this person's name is not on lease, nor taking responsibility for rent. Personally, I would seek a no contact order against them. Have it served by the sheriffs dept and they they would be gone along with the police officer that served them......That's me
