Voluntary Repossession of a car arises when the customer returns his defective car to the auto manufacturer. The law in Kentucky is that anyone who finds his car defective has to revoke his contract with the auto manufacturer properly and return the car and get a proof from the automaker that the car was defected. Otherwise you may be filed for bankruptcy on you credit report, as  bank repossession.

They can sue you, attach liens to your possesions, garnish your wages and trash your credit report.
