If the marriage was consummated, no. Annulment is not a legal definition in most states. The church can issue an annulment, but the state will require a divorce. Marriage is a serious step and cannot just be undone for whatever reason, not only is it a legal document, but it is a moral commitment to another person that needs to be done with the greatest of care and respect. I would examine why your "ex" is confiding in you now that he is a legally married man. I would get as far away from the situation as I can as fast as you can, it will only cause you more heartache and trouble. Leave the ex's and the past where they belong, forgotten.

I married a Brailizan in the year of 2006. He said he didn't married me for the green card. I told he I couldn't give it to him. I'm collecting disability because of my knee. I'm having a complete knee replacement on nove. 26, 2007. It took me 2 1/2 years to get this. I had to hire a lawyer and I finally won my case.
But, the problem now, he is not very passion to me anymore. I have to fight to have sex with him all the times. Do you think that this is right. I'm a very beautiful American women. I got myself in this situation and I don't know who to get out this problem. Please give me your advice on this problem.

Yes. If one partner had been deceived by the other in order to obtain consent,
and if the partner had been aware of the truth, would not have consented
to marry

You need to remember that if he lets it be known that he was just helping her get her citizenship, that he can get into trouble for frauding the government. Which is a federal crime.
He only married me to get a green card, after three children, he will not give me a divorce and wants half of everything I have, and beats me is there anything I can do.
