I have rented here for over a year no trouble now some young rowdy people moved in upstairs got really loud went up and ask them to quiet down I had to work and after that they got louder stomping jumping all there visitors (which are many)stomping up the stairs and in their apt by the way when I went up to ask them to quiet down the smell of weed bout knocked me over so the noise got worse so I called the number of report noise it got better for bout a week then got real loud again and my car is being spit on with napkin tucked under windshields plus chewed up cookies spit all over it with a trail of same cookies leading right to their door so I called again when noise continued after 10pm nothing is being done I can't rest because of noise they even turned on radio loud and left which brought another renter to my door asking if I could turn it down, I worry about my car what can I do?
