Religious answer: God...basically a diety or dieties created everything that does and does not exist. Scientific answer:Gravity...gravity can create matter...basically it can turn nothing into something. Am I the only one who noticed that gravity and god both start with the letter "g"?...creepy right...?...

I think that i depends on the situation. If there is something wrong with the parents or the soon to be child, then it should happen. But if nothing is wrong then it would be best if that didn't happen.
