I like owning my condo.  It has the benefits of owning my own place, but with shared responsibility for the outside maintenance.  It works well for me.

I like owning. If my wife or I want to change or add something, we do it. It is more responsibility and upkeep but I believe it is worth it.

IF rent were less expensive than a mortgage ... It would make more sense for those who don't want to stay long term.

I like having housing of my own because there is no restriction in any thing I can do what I want to do.  I can play music as loud as I want to only if my parents did not have much problem 😀

I prefer owning my own home

I don't care either way. I just want a home our kids could call home.

We own our house.  Wouldn’t want it any other way for now.
