How to get my neighbors to move away? Neighbors who live nearby had a child who did something BAD to my sister when she was a child. My sister still suffers. I just want subtle ways to make them move. Not play pranks. I want them to move. Thanks!

Don't be such a child about this. If you don't care for your neighbors, why don't you move? Whatever has been done to your sister is over with, unless they are continuing with that behavior. Then you can get a restraining order. However, those are sometimes hard to enforce.

Deal with the problem. Get the law involved, if necessary. Or you can move. Or you can ignore them.  Trying to drive a neighbor out of their house is not cool. I would imagine that whatever that you want to do to drive them out of their house might backfire and cause you more pain.
