White collar criminals are not usually armed and dangerous. They don't need to take them with as much force. Usually knocking on the door and walking in is sufficient.
Why is it when the federal authorities bust white collar criminals they let them turn themselves in or they just knock on their door.?everyone else has their doors kicked down and they are pounced on?
