If you are sure it was your fault, then it's always better to admit it and get it out in the open. You'll feel better inside for it !

Yes, the right thing to do isn't always the easiest. Always take the opportunity to be honest and take responsibility for yourself and all of your actions.

It's not what you "feel "., it's what actually happened.  If in fact, you are actually responsible for the accident, then the right thing to do is to take responsibility for it.

If you know it's your fault .. Best to admit it.  But it all depends on what kind of "accident" you're referring to.

A word of caution---sometimes we tend to think we are responsible for things for which in actuality we bear little or no responsibility.

Now if you break a window, saying you did is just fine.

Anything else is probably worth discussing with a lawyer.

Never admit fault to anyone except maybe your Lawyer just in case theres more here than meets the eye and you were set up. This is the Lawyers job to handle it all so let them and keep your mouth shut for now. Good luck

Hi, if the accident has really hurt someone, then you should
accept your fault. If you do not say anything, an innocent person may be
punished due to your mistake and you will feel guiltier. Firstly, as you have
caused the accident and secondly as someone innocent will be penalised because
of you.
