No matter what ! Innocent until proven guilty beyond a doubt. Everyone is entitled by law to a fair trial.
...Darn it, I don't know either! What is the point of a trial if there's plenty of evidence the person is guilty? I know this is a stupid question but I genuinely don't know!
Well everyone is entitled to a trial. But i have been thrue our so called justice system . Unless you have money for good attys your screwed..if you are arrested your guilty.
Because the lawyers and magistrates make more money that way :)
