I don't think I could personally execute someone, no, no matter who they were. I have a problem with the idea of killing people, even people who essentially deserve it.
It's a conundrum, Jan. I have nothing but loathing for these people but I'm totally opposed to the death penalty. It'd solve the problem, of course, but where do we stop? Surely other crimes are equally heinous, if not as emotionally charged.
It all depends on what the pedphile did. I mean, there is a huge difference between a pedphile and a child m0l3ster.
If they were simply a pedphile and just that, I'd try to get them some therapy. I wouldn't treat them any differently than a homosexual.
With that much assuredness, I wouldn't have an issue at all.

But emotionally, I probably would not want to be involved at all.
I don't think I could take a life unless it was in the heat of the moment and a matter of survival. So If I caught someone in the act of molesting a child, I probably could. If it were after the fact, I don't think so.
