Put a security camera nearby. See if you can catch them red handed. Then tell the police and the mail people.

If you have proof of this, go to your local post office and report it to your postmaster.  The postmaster may advise you to go to the police but I would start with the postmaster.

My oldest daughter who hadn't lived with me in 2 years decided to change my address by summiting a change of address for her son that has my last name. She summit to the post office a change of address for her son with my last name and put on it to change all family members. By doing this my mail started to go to her. I was alerted to this from my mail lady who knew I didn't move. I had to put in another change in address to get my mail back. I reported this to the postmaster and they did nothing.
Six months later I get a bill in the mail from a company that I never heard of so I called the company to inquire about this bill. They told me that my daughter attempted to use my ssn and my name to order things for herself and her children. She was unable to get credit in my name due to the fact that I have bad credit to do a divorce I recently went through. I called the police and they didn't do anything because she only attempted to use it but failed. Oh and she is went to jail a couple of years ago for the same thing but to other people. They did go and search her house but didn't find my name anywhere on her computer so that was that. I am afraid that when I do get my credit better that she will try it again.

OK, well my boyfriend and I kicked out our last roommates and the said they had lost the mail key and come to find out they still had it, and one of our friends has used our address for his personal stuff and he just told us that the ex roommate had gotten his W2 from the mail box. What should we do to stop this from him stealing our mail?
