Any Juvenile accused of commiting a capital or felony offense like murder, rape, etc should be tried as an adult and convicted , if found guilty, under adult sentences. Maybe this way a lot of drug and gang violence will stop. I'm sorry I don't know this case but as an ex US Federal Officer, I have felt this way over the past 40 years
