I would think they are the same as in the real word in fact probably more so since whatever is typed on the net can be seen by everyone as evident by the library of congress downloading all the tweets ever tweeted for all people to be able to read in their records/files.in other words if you wouldn't say or do it in public without thinking your going to be caught/sued/ticketed/fined or thrown in jail then you most likely would not get away with it on the net.anything form security concerns to slander,bullying,theft,plagiarism,fraud so on and so on.
