T-wright is incorrect. You can apply for an expungement five years after you have completed your probation; however, it does depend on whether it was a felony or a misdemeanor.  Generally, five years is the rule.  Check out this Web Site:

Wont happen at all unless you were a juvenile at the time or were acquitted of the crime, no matter if sentence served either
