Go see a military recruiter, they can order a birth certificate thru your state, without charge. Even if you don't meet the other requirements to join. The recruiter has to be a nice person tho, to take the time to help you.

All I can say is GOOD LUCK. I went to the GovBirthRecords.org and whoever said it was FREE was full of you-know-what. I think it cost well over $15-$20.
